1 、遵守國家法律法規的相關規定，具有獨立合法的法人或自然人資格。

2 、認同并接受“歐仕龍”品牌特許經營模式及公司所倡導的企業文化理念，并能接受和遵守“歐仕龍”品牌系統運營規范。

3 、具有較強的品牌意識和健康、坦誠的合作心態并自愿接受總部的管理和培訓。

4 、加盟投資者本人親自運作或另有適合的經營管理者人選。

5 、具有足夠投資實力，且有投身“歐仕龍”品牌的創業熱情。

6 、加盟投資者本人健康狀況良好，且家屬親友都支持加盟開店。

7 、具有 ( 自購或租用 ) 符合開店要求 ( 不低于 50 平方米，視地段而定 ) 的經營場所。

8 、具有良好的現代服務意識、較強的人際關系和溝通能力。

9 、具有持之以恒、吃苦耐勞的工作精神，并有較強的財務管理能力。

10 、具有理性的投資心態，能夠客觀地看待投資與回報的關系，沒有暴利期求，并有一定的承擔風險的能力

1、“三有二無”免費加盟模式

（1）三有：

               有統一的店面形象設計、針對性的新店開業活動文案策劃,總部全場協助開店；

               有總部提供有效的廣告支持,以及全國市場內的形象推廣；

               有規劃完善的市場管理、設置區域保護，確保有序競爭。

（2）二無：

               全程無加盟費；

               全程無保證金。

2、加盟流程

（1）加盟咨詢：

               加盟意向者可通過：微信、電話、QQ等方式向總部咨詢加盟事項。

（2）雙方洽談

               公司對加盟商進行評估，通過初步評估之后，加盟商持個人有效證件來公司總部，雙方洽談、協商、考察，確認加盟意向，經總部審核給予明確答復。

（3）加盟簽約

               雙方本著互惠互利、平等自愿、誠信雙贏的原則，簽訂《特許經營加盟協議書》，明確雙方責、權、利的合作細節。協議簽訂后，總部將繼續跟進后期加盟事宜。
